Jamie and Jonathan celebrated their wedding in a sublime way. For this wedding we had the chance to film the bride’s preparatives extensively. She looked absolutely stunning! The love they share for each other was very much evident throughout the day, and it was beautiful the way both their families were filled with joy for this union, and with how this amazing day came about. The ceremony took place in Mississauga, while the reception was held at the Oakville Convention Centre.

Adam + Matthew – The Highlights Montage

A celebration of true love shouldn’t have any impediments anywhere in the world. I was truly honoured and excited when Matthew got in touch with me almost a year ago asking me to film his and Adam’s wedding. It would be my first same-sex wedding and I obviously wanted it to be perfect. Felipe and I filmed this one with extra-attentive eyes, making sure that we would not miss any single detail, and also that we could capture the emotions that flowed throughout the day in the special way they deserved. Adam and Matthew celebrated their union with absolute exuberance. It was definitely a day not to be forgotten by them, nor everyone who were present at the Old Mill Inn to share their love with them.

Hala ♥ Mehdi – The Highlights Montage

This was an Arab traditional wedding that took place at The Venetian last fall. Mehdi and Hala celebrated their day with lots of style, traditional music, and plenty of love! Gary and Hilda spent what I can safely say was one of the most beautiful days in their lives, back in September. It was a bright sunny day as friends and family witnessed their vows of intention to live for each other from that moment on. Shot by two cinematographers in King City, Ontario.

Melissa ♥ Domenec – The Next-Day Edit

Another fantastic Next-Day Edit video we produced back in September of this year. We had such an amazing time with Domenec and Melissa through the streets of downtown Toronto (almost a guarantee of spectacular shots!). The ceremony was also in Toronto, whereas the reception took place at the beautiful Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex. The wedding, the people, the atmosphere, the weather…everything turned out to be just perfect on this day, and we could not be more satisfied we how this Next-Day edit turned out.

Roli ♥ Shiv – The Highlights Montage

Roli and Shiv got married back in July of this year. This was a day of CELEBRATION not only for Shiv and Roli who were getting married on the first Friday of the month, but to all Canadians, since it was Canada Day! The Baraat represents so well how the entire day’s energy flowed, and it had to set the rhythm of this incredibly upbeat Highlights Montage. The Hindu song fits the video very well in my opinion. I had no other song in mind for it as soon as I received Roli’s list of songs. It sets the fun but emotional atmosphere from the beginning while staying true to the couple’s origins.

Laura ♥ Marcel – The Highlights Montage

Laura and Marcel’s wedding day took place in Woodbridge on a beautiful and sunny August day. They got married on the exquisite Saint Clare of Assisi church, and had their reception at the Da Vinci Banquet Hall. Felipe and I tried as much as we could to be out of everybody’s way and quick on our feet, so we could capture the most we could in terms of spontaneous moments through a variety of different angles. I had the idea for the emotional intro (with the beautiful music of Ennio Morricone on the background) as soon as the bride’s sister speech started! The moment when the ‘profile shot’ image of the sweet ring-bearer girl crossfaded to Laura’s in the same position while we hear “life is a series of moments” is such a powerful one! Come to think of it, this whole Highlights Montage is such a powerful one, don’t you think?

Ruby ♥ Sunny – The Highlights Montage

Five days of celebration. Five hundred gigabytes of captured video. One of the most challenging events we have filmed so far this year. But also, one of the most inspiring, epic and rewarding weddings of the year! Ruby and Sunny are an amazing couple and it shows how important was this celebration for them in their Highlights Montage below.
